Last updated: 2026-06-04
1. Data we collect
We collect the information you provide directly through our forms: full name, company, country, mobile, email, service of interest, and message content. We also collect aggregated, non-identifying analytics on how visitors use our website (page views, referrer, device type) to improve our content.
2. Purpose of collection
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, deliver conformity assessment services, and communicate with you about the status of your file. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies required for the site to function (language preference, session state). We may use limited analytics cookies; you can disable these in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. Third-party processors
Form submissions may be routed to authorised third-party processors that support our operations (hosting providers, lead management systems, email delivery). All processors are bound by data processing agreements aligned with PDPL requirements.
5. Data retention
We retain lead and customer data for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the period required by Saudi regulatory law for accreditation record-keeping. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights under PDPL
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for processing, subject to ongoing service obligations. Submit requests to our privacy contact below.
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred between RACS offices in different jurisdictions, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards in accordance with PDPL cross-border transfer rules.
8. Contact for data requests
Address data protection requests to info@racs.sa with the subject line "Data Request: [your name]". We respond within statutory timeframes.
