01

What is this?

The Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) is the electronic document confirming that a specific shipment, identified by batch number, serial range or production date, corresponds to a valid Product CoC already on file.

It is required for every regulated shipment entering the Kingdom and is the certificate that customs inspectors verify electronically through FASAH before releasing your goods.

02

Who needs it

Importers shipping any regulated product into Saudi Arabia.

Manufacturers exporting directly to Saudi customers under a Saudi importer.

03

How it works

  1. 01

    Shipment details submission

Importer enters shipment data on SABER: batch / serial / production date, quantity, invoice details, port of arrival.

  2. 02

    Cross-check with PCoC

RACS verifies that the shipment data is consistent with the parent PCoC, same product family, manufacturer, and within the certificate's validity.

  3. 03

    Electronic issuance

The SCoC is issued instantly and made available on SABER, with the certificate reference number ready for customs.

  4. 04

    FASAH verification & release

Customs verifies the SCoC electronically through FASAH and releases the shipment upon data match.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The SCoC is per-shipment and is what customs verifies. A PCoC alone is not sufficient at the border.
